Take a HOT shower, lay down and relax by watching tv until you doze off to sleep.

Tylenol. Wear socks. Try laying in a fetal position or on your stomach. Wearing period underwear or throwaway undies can help you not to stress about it making a mess.

Heat wraps (ThermaCare makes one specifically for menstrual cramps so if you're on the go, you can still have the benefits on a heating pad WITHOUT the need of a cord!)
Take a warm bath/shower
Lay down
Certain teas can help (Yogi brand makes one for women/menstrual called Moon Cycle)
Exercise (it might sound stupid, but light exercising can help the cramps!)

Hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on the tummy and another on the back. Ibuprofen tablets - take with food. Peppermint tea.
Chocolate also helps, but don't take too much.
