The Mustang as you defined pretty much narrowed down to a single model, but the Hemi's were available in several 'cuda models. If you narrowed the 'cuda down to a 4 speed model since that's what the Mustang came with then the Hemi beat the Boss by about half a second.

The Mopar torque flyte transmission shifted quicker than any 4-speed manual. Mopar brakes weren't worth a shight though.

Race them and see. There is no suitable fuel available for those in the USA unless you custom mix it yourself.

Barracuda if it could ''hookup'' properly..

    -- lighter car

    -- more horsepower

If you look up the engine specs like I did you would think that the Dodge would probably win. The torque specs are identical but the Cuda hp is higher and the curb weight significantly lower

The answer is Subjective, you can only "Best" whoever panders to your preconceived choice.

You do not give the precise data of how the Engine, Suspension and other relevant parts are Tuned.

Just naming a Body and stock enigne is worthless in such a compettion.

A answer given on that data would be strictly "FanBoy".
