They all have some type of benefit, although the nutritional content of different fruits varies. Same with vegetables. I'm not aware of any unhealthy fruits
Figs, bananas, mangos, grapes, pomegranates, cherries, apples, dried fruit, and pineapples are some of the fruits that are highest in sugar, so should be eaten more moderately than those with a lower sugar content. They aren't unhealthy for (quite the opposite) but being aware of the amount of sugar in them is wise, so you don't over-indulge.
