Hi no it has nothing to do with politics in fact politics is most likely the cause of such a disaster. accountants have a lot to answer for in this modern world. such as concrete instead of steel being used. cheap and high luminance concrete which means it's a weak mixture of cement and aggregate. all done to be cheap construction.,

Comparing private companies in Italy to those in the US is apples to oranges. If you do a bit of homework you will find lots of public funded actives in the US that have failed.

It is the sign of a true scumbag when they use a disaster and the deaths of people to try to make some idiotic political point.

Our government can only collapse bridges in Minnesota.

And the government owned bridges that collapse or are on the verge of doing so? What about them? What about how you are treated at the motor vehicle office, or how anything else the government is responsible for.

    Of course

Yes. While that company was in charge of the bridge (and all other major highways), the government spent a lot less on maintenance (the idea was that the company was supposed to do it...). The savings of public money were then available for the politicians instead of having to be spent on actual public works.

They're going to turn that around on you and point to Italy's socialist government (even though they don't have one).

    Just saying.
