I googled "cleaning decomposed odor from skin". I confess I did not have much luck, but there are sites of businesses that clean up crime scenes and scenes of unattended death. This was one way Google phrased my question at the bottom "Searches related to how to remove odor of decomposing body" You might want to contact them to answer your questions.
My question to you is: When and where did your story take place? Currently you must call the police if a murder or unattended death occurred or if you find a dead body. Even in the ancient, dark and middle ages, there were coroners, investigators, and lawgivers who said what you were to do with a found body. If there were no police to contact (an apocalypse, a death in the desert, jungle, the arctic or on another planet where the finder does not know the procedure), there might not be tomato juice, vinegar, or anything else with a mild acid. There would not be any tomato juice in Europe before the exploration of the New World, and perhaps not for a long time. Tomatoes were considered to be decorative but poisonous. And apperently Tomato juice masks the skunk smell, not get rid of it.
