Buddy I'm 25 and when I was your age, I thought the exact same thing. Trust me, you need to relax! I got down that path from the age of 14 and it continued all the way to my 4th year of college. While everyone was partying, making friends, prom, accomplishing stuff, I got such bad anxiety that I basically lived my life through tv and movies. By the time I was 22 when I wanted to change myself I realized it was too late to do a lot. I was socially, academically, as well as physically behind. See a psychologist if you need to. But please understand that high school and college have the potential of being the greatest years of your life. If not hs, definitely college. Do everything get a high gpa, be social, pursue a sport you like, talk to that cute girl you like in class ;). Just chill and be busy. Don't be like me and waste it all and now you're 25 and can't do anything and have to be an adult without ever having any fun and finding myself. See a shrink now so you don't waste it!
