    No. If a President commits an impeachable offense then he should be held accountable. It is the duty of the House to write the articles of impeachment.

    It would be today because there isn't any legal grounds to do so. But who knows what tomorrow may bring.

    At the moment? Yes. We have no impeachable offense which is required by law if we're to try to impeach him.

    It would be just as wrong as shooting a kid because the cop is "absolutely certain this is the punk who did it". There's due process and innocent until proven guilty.
