It's a good idea to hire an accountant to help you out at the end of the year and prepare taxes, but as for the day to day bookkeeping, you can likely do that yourself using Quickbooks.
Many community colleges offer a semester course on how to use Quickbooks. Take that course! By now, I'm sure there are several companies that offer an online version of that course. Not only do those courses cover how to use bookkeeping, but they also cover basic accounting principles like debits and credits, assets/liabilities, revenues and expenses.
Of if you don't want to, you can always hire a part-time bookkeeper who has taken some accounting courses and knows how to use Quickbooks too.
