Tough for a President to address the local problem of people electing Democrats to govern them. They need to realize on their own the error of their ways and cut it out.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that ANY level of govt (Federal, State, City) can do when we are talking about young black males killing themselves over drugs and gangs.

Throwing money at the problem will not work, welfare won't work, taking away guns is unconstitutional and too many are in circulation, the young people don't want to go to school, there are few positive role models, and there is virtually no work ethic.

It is up to their community to demand self-respect and respect towards others. No government can pass any law to do this.

last October, 851 people were shot, 58 were killed in about 10 minutes. How did Trump "address" this?

Just like liberals to expect Trump and government to solve all your problems.

    Jeez,,people are so helpless today.

Chicago is a city, that is the mayors problem.

It’s not Trump’s to address. The people have elected liberal “leadership” for generations and this is their prize until they decide to change it at the polls.

Maybe he can take more guns away. But Democrats already tried that
