Well, since you haven't been in a long time, I can tell you right now that you're in for a DEEP clean, the periodontal clean, which is where they take all the plaque and tartar buildup on your teeth off. It can be quite expensive, too. They charge by the quarters of your mouth and almost all people that haven't seen a dentist in 10+ years get this done.
Also, there is such a thing as doing TOO MUCH to your mouth. While your mouth isn't AS much of a self-cleaning part of your body as others, it does need a pH balance and all you're doing is wiping it all out. I commend you for good dental hygiene, but relax a little. Salt water and mouthwash can be abrasive on top of the periogen, so stop the salt water and just stick to mouthwash and the other one once a day, instead of both twice a day.
I know it seems like you're doing a good job and my mother was like you too, until a dentist told her she was doing more harm than good to her teeth. She would brush 5 times a day, floss 3 times a day, rince with potent mouthwash, and use baking soda and peroxide. She was thinning her gums and destroying her tongue. The dentist told her to cut way back on her routine (she's VERY scared of the dentist, hates going, so she thought she was keeping her appointments at bay with her extra work).
You have nothing to be scared of, but I wouldn't be surprised if the dentist tells you to cut back on your routine, too. Just stay calm. You'll be fine.
