Integrate it to get

n=n0/1.3 exp 1.3 t. no=44

n= 44/1.3 exp 1.3*4 (t=4)=6135.4 bacteria after 4 hours.

44 = c

b = 2.0294e1.3t^2 + 44

b = 2.0294e1.3(4)^2 + 44
