If the initial population is 44 bacteria, find the population four hours later. (Round your answer to the nearest whole number.)

    You write

    dn/dt = 4.0588 exp1.3t.

    Integrate it to get

    n=n0/1.3 exp 1.3 t. no=44

    n= 44/1.3 exp 1.3*4 (t=4)=6135.4 bacteria after 4 hours.

    db/dt = 4.0588e1.3t bacteria per hour.

    b = 2.0294e1.3t^2 + c

    44 = c

    b = 2.0294e1.3t^2 + 44

    b = 2.0294e1.3(4)^2 + 44
