I'm currently using a cabinent stand with a sturdy plywood countertop. I have at least 500lbs of rock, water, and wood in my tank. Lots of storage underneath I can hide and latch all of the chemicals and bacteria used away, and some extra space on top for the food and some other stuff. What I also would suggest, (be extremely careful, and have more than one person around.) If you are scared of the table not able to hold, or sertain areas of the tank, do a weight test and actually physically stand in the tank when you have it on the stand. You'll be able to feel for areas that may need extra support underneith (i put a bunch of cardboard under the glass of mine,
it actually held up the tank a bit till the rocks were added then smooshed it down and it works as a great cushion. Now i dont worry if a large rock or too much weight will crack it as easily) as well as test it to make sure another hundred or so lbs will be ok on the stand/table and in the tank.
