If she is friendly now, she will be friendly afterwards.

Why would she change? Her behavior is set by experience and genetics. You've already seen what she's like.

Pregnancy does not change a cat's disposition. Her post-pregnancy personality will be the same as you see now. However, you can still get her spayed. You realize that kittens are very expensive to raise for 10-12 weeks? That some cats require an emergency C-section to deliver (at $1500 and up)? And some reject one or more kittens, leaving you to bottle feed round the clock, every 2 hours? Work, sleep, school are not an excuse, as without that feeding they dehydrate and die in a few days. It's not quite as easy as everyone thinks, and finding homes for 4-8 kittens is also not easy. Free to good homes kittens end up as snake food or go to dog fighting people who use them to train the dogs on blood. Consider your option to spay her.
