I definitely believe in free speech. Do you think free speech that threatens minority groups and promotes hate is going too far?

Hate speech that threatens hate and harm is abuse of the first amendment and should be against the law, just like murder that is deemed to be a hate crime will get stiffer penalties. There are so many hate groups that Trump encourages, it's getting out of hand which can become a problem in the future if he remains President.

During the past eighteen years the liberals have rioted, maimed and injured more people then I care to think about.

Events where conservatives have done anything close in that period total fewer then what the hate groups of the liberals have done in the past three months.

Incitement to riot against the non-minorities is just as wicked as incitement to riot against minorities. Both are illegal and not protected by freedom of speech.

Hate speech is covered by the first amendment.

Speech SHOULD NOT be illegal. However, the speaker is ALREADY legally liable for the predictable results of their speech.

The hate groups are OPPOSED to the current President.
