Why don't they have bully support groups?

I don't mean groups that support people who get bullied. I also don't mean groups for bullies who want to reform.

I mean groups for bullies who want to remain bullies and get support and resources for conducting their bully business without the world persecuting them.

Honestly, if I had had groups like that to go to growing up, I'd have had a much easier time bullying the kids (who deserved it) in peace.

They don't so much here in the UK because it would be seen as wimpy and too American, what usually happens is everyone turns on the bully and sides with the victim anyway.

They do have bully support groups. But way too many.
