What happens if you don’t rinse out hydrogen peroxide?

I was picking at this big blackhead on my nose (stupid, I know) and poured peroxide all over it afterwards. I made sure i got the peroxide deep in it, but I wasn’t sure if i rinsed it all out completely. If that is the case, what will happen to the peroxide that is still deep in the blackhead? Does it just completely dissolve? I just wiped it and put some antibiotic cream over it with a band-aid.

Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2 -- two molecules of hydrogen and two molecules of oxygen. As Robert J notes, H2O2 in the open air quickly breaks down to water (H2O) and oxygen.

It will decompose to water and oxygen fairly quickly, there is nothing to be concerned about.
