Consider a radiosonde balloon filled with helium:?
As the balloon rises through the atmosphere, the volume of the balloon:
(B) Remains constant.
(D) Cannot be determined from theabove information.
Also, if it was filled with air considering that pressure remained constant and temperature increased would the volume increase?

As you rise through the atmosphere, the temperature and the atmospheric pressure decrease. These will cause the volume of the balloon to decrease.
