Why does everything I put in my kitchen turn yellow?

No I do not have a gas range.

However i have so many things that was white that I put in my kitchen.

The white on my cuckoo clock in the kitchen has turned yellow.

My white timer in the kitchen has turned yellow.

What is causing this

    You should use the exhaust fan every time you cook. Or get an air purifier cause your lungs are inhaling that too.

    Sounds to me like a huge smoker once lived there..........after husband passed found many furniture pieces required deep cleaning and walls would drip with smoke residue.............one idea........hope it helps..........One can also sometimes tell by the smell....if you don't smoke especially..........

    UV from the sun or fluorescent lights.

    Smoking.

    Grease.

    Residue from grease or smoking can be cleaned off.

    The shadow people do it while you sleep.

    Do you smoke? It could be the old "nicotine patina."

    Make a paste with bicarb and lemon juice and give them a good rub with it.

    If they come up nice then it's something like oil particles from deep frying or cooking meats in a fry pan. If they stay yellow, and they're plastic, then they've been damaged by heat or direct sunlight and there's not much you can do.

    GREASE and smoke. CLEAN THEM.

    it might be grease, specially if you cooked something with oil and the oil was boiling and smoking slightly, any thing white near it will turn yellow
