Could you press charges against someone who sends you porn images/videos? Is that counted as sexual harassment?

    Yes, if you can prove who did it. After all anyone can force a message to appear like it is coming from anyone they want.

    First off did you tell them to stop sending images and they refused? Someone sending images once ISN'T harassment, and sending them when you don't tell them to stop ISN'T harassment.

    Only a District Attorney can press charges. And, there would have to be evidence of a crime.
