I don't know what "and for some it got stuck behind" means.

I assume you are not wearing them.

Each earring has 2 parts, and each part has a strong magnet. They can need a lot of force to pull apart. They are best stored with the parts separated.

    You can try:

sliding one part over the other, rarther than pulling (though the side-rods shown in the photo might prevent this)

using a sharp/thin blade to pry the parts apart (care needed to avoid damage to the earrings and to you!)

using small pliers or similar tools to get a better grip, then pulling (care needed to avoid damage)

If the front and back are stuck together, use a twisting motion.

Now go back to your question and tell us what "some" you mean - maybe "some time"? And stuck behind what? Your picture shows two small objects which might be earrings, possibly photographed on a wooden desk or table, and they are clearly visible, thus presumably not "stuck behind" anything.

When you have retrieved the missing earring, go to your teacher of English and get help in expressing yourself clearly.
