I've had physical and psychological trauma, some people are trying to psychologically traumatise me now, but they can't, I mean they are repeatedly hurting/harming me, but I just cut them off. I went into therapy and learnt to cope against psychopaths. Therapy does make you stronger.
Your body is the most important thing in the world, so just nurture it, and then your psyche will be strong too. Learn self-defense, eat and sleep well, do not ever let anyone bend you or manipulate you or harm you. As long as your sense of self is strong, noone can harm you. It might seem grandiose, but it isn't. It would be grandiose if you didn't nurture your body and expect to be strong.
