Would people who are trolling or have fixations likely get blocked from Facebook groups?

    Yes.

    Trolling is illegal, a criminal offence.

    It's legally "Unauthorised access to a computer system" or similar, depending on the country.

    It is just doing something or anything the owners rules say not to do, which means posting stuff that breaks any rule is no different in law than trying to break in to other users accounts.

    Likewise posting repeats of the same or similar thing, especially if you have been told not to - it's another criminal offence, harassment.

    No serious users of web sites like trolls or being harassed.

    If you annoy anyone to the point they make a formal complaint, you can be prosecuted - resulting in a fine of possibly thousands of dollars, or you could be imprisoned.

    That happens to several thousand people each year.
