I m a 14 (and almost 15) year old girl and I weight 127.5 pounds. Is this something I should worry about?

    Based on the U.S. standard height and weight chart, you are above the weight for your height. But you do not have to worry.

    If you are already on a diet and excercising regimen, consider increasing the intensity of cardio workouts and subtracting 100 calories from your current daily amount. Over time, you will most likely see your weight gradually decreasing to the recommended range. Consistency is crucial.

    yes,it some thing you should worrie about just think you are 15yrs and 127.5 and at the age of 28 hpw much weight you will be doing?

    I forgot to add this but I'm exactly five feet tall.
