In high school, your goal is to get into the best university you can afford to attend. That means good grades, taking a rigorous curriculum, and strong test scores. It is a good idea, if possible, to take an intro to business or accounting class in high school -- just to see if you are merely in love with the idea of working for a Big 4 or really will enjoy and excel in the work. Obviously, you'll want to take four years of math even if it isn't required by your high school to graduate.

In college, you'll follow an accounting major curriculum and do your best academically. You'll also want to try to get internships.

Excel in math, earn great grades to get into a very competitive university. Earn great grades, get experience, go for master's. Competition for Big 4 firms is extremely tough & they only take the best students from top schools.
