Should MLB All-Star teams make a Gentlemans' Agreement and have the pitchers throw nothing but 80 MPH changeups?

This way the pitchers don't get burned out and the scores will always be 13-12. More fun!

I think the ASG should be abolished. It's a BS contest with lineups decided by a popularity contest. Just give the players 3 days off and then resume play.

But wait! That won't work because the owners will go 3 whole days without making money. The ASG sucks.

All star teams usually rotate through almost all their pitchers, letting each one pitch only one or two innings, so pitchers getting burned out isn't really a concern.

and now that the all-star game determines home field advantage for the world series, the teams actually have a small incentive to want to win, so I highly doubt you'll convince anyone that pitchers should intentionally throw batting practice.
