Just because someone is taller than you at your childhood, does that mean they will be taller at adult height?

Just because My cousin 14 yrs old, 5 foot 9, but I'm 14 yrs old, 5 foot 6, does that mean he will be taller than me at adult height.

No. Both of you can still grow tall.

Girls usually achieve their final height by the age of 18-19,while for boys it is around the age of 20-21.
