Got a ticket for driving without my license and no insurance a month ago, can I still go and take my drivers test?

So, about a month ago, I got a ticket for driving without my license and a ticket for driving with no insurance. I was just wondering if I would still be able to go take my drivers test. I live in Wisconsin. Thanks.

So. You "can" if you are able and you "MAY" if the rules allow it. Ask the Wisconsin DOT if you are eligible to take your test.

Why ask us instead of going the the DMV?

Probably not. In some states you are now ineligible for a license until you turn 18. Check with your local DMV office.

    EPIC FAIL.

Written test? Yes. Road test? You have to have a valid permit, car registration and insurance.

I'm not sure. Let me call the Wisconsin dmv and ask. I'll get right back to you
