What types of risks are there when increasing the capacity of a disk partition?
It is that I made a partition of the hard disk of my computer that has 1 terabyte, I have left 579,70 GB not assigned. I want to know if by increasing the capacity to the local disk (C:) in Windows 10, will there be any risk with the existing files there?, that is; will not anything happen to existing files or programs?
Is there a good tutorial for do it well?

There is always a risk when modifying the file system. In practice, I've never had anything go wrong. The tools to resize a partition are dead simple; there isn't really a way to do it poorly. At most I would suggest connecting your computer to an UPS if you have one, on the off chance there's a power outage.
