Should I start doing actual workouts at the gym?
My brother and I go to the gym every weekday. I don’t do actual workouts. Instead, I just walk on the tredmill for 30 minutes while my brother does actual workouts. We’re both overweight, but I’ve been losing weight and still haven’t reached my goal. Neither has my brother. So, should I just continue walking on the tredmill for 30 minutes or should I start doing actual workouts.
That was suppose to be a question mark at the end of that last sentence.

Keep walking on the treadmill until weight loss stops. Then when that happens, start jogging on the treadmill. Slowly work your way up, and before you know it, you will be doing full blown workouts atleast 4/Times a week :)
