I put chicken & sauce in my crockpot for 4 hours, but it was on warm, not low. I have put it in my oven now. Will it be safe to eat?

At 165 degrees in the thickest part of the meat? You are good to go.

I got food phobias and I would still eat it.

If it has been heated to at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit -- USE A THERMOMETER -- it will be safe.
- ckngbbblsLv 72 years ago
yes it will since you are bringing it up to proper temperature and cooking it.

Sure, use a food thermometer to make sure it reaches 'cooked' temperature. Even so, I wouldn't be surprised if your crockpot was a bit generous with the warm setting.

I would not risk it but...
How hot is the warm setting?
My vote would be toss it and order or make something else.
