    h'(x) = 10x -15

    h'(1) = -5

    h'(x) = 10x - 15.

    At x = 1, the function is decreasing.

    This is a quadratic with a minimum at x = -b/2a.

    -(-15)/2(5) = 1.5

    x = 1.5

    The curve is decreasing before 1.5 and increasing after.

    At (1) it is decreasing!

    h'(x)=10x-15

    h'(1)=-5<0 --->decreasing
