Sure. You could even have two spouses within the same town. I don’t recommend it though. There are penalties. It’s illegal.

Yes & No. There are 2 sets of laws on this. First married in Canada. Your legal there. Then marry in the U.S. You are legal there in a way. If you do not regester your new marriage with Canadian officials. As the U.S. does not have the right to enforce Canadian law. Do not return to Canada. Next go to Mexico. Mary there under Mexican law. You are legal in Mexico now. Do not return to the U.S. or Canada. As they can then enforce there laws on you. Do not make any one mad were they might ship you back to the U.S. or Canada. So you are married in 3 Countries. You are looking at big money to extradite you home to were ever. So legal in the Country married in only. If you return to the U.S. or Canada expect to pay a Attorney big money. You run across deals like this in Asia some. Were the man packs up assets & all. Becomes married in Cambodia or Burma or such. Those Countries recognize the marrage in there Country only. & well said person never returns to his County of origin or long lost spouse.

The second marriage would be against the law of the USA, and the third marriage would be against the law of Mexico.

Countries recognise marriages in other countries.

When a married couple enter the USA, they don’t have to get married again in order for the USA to recognise they are married, do they?

    Yes. I don't think it's legal though.

No. That is illegal in all three of those countries because all three of those countries recognize marriages that have taken place in the other two countries as valid marriages and because polygamy is illegal in all three of those countries.
