How to lose weight for a 13 year old ?

I’m a 13 year old and I weigh around 150. I’ve tried losing weight but I can never concentrate on it. Is there anyway I can lose weight in maybe 2 to 4 weeks ? Like maybe 20 pounds. I’ve started working out maybe 20 minutes a day and I was wondering what exercises I could do and what I could eat. Help!?
