It took me 6 months to lose 50 pounds. I'd estimate about a year if you're on a 1,200 calorie diet

It depends on a lot of things. Most people it would take about a year to lose that amount but who's to say really without knowing your medical history, body type, workout routine and current food intake.

If she's serious and sticks with it, to do so safely would take a bit over a year.

You should only lose 1-2 pounds a week!

    so basically 1 year.

Any time you diet, you risk losing your muscle!!!

    1. You should consume a LOT of healthy protein

    2. You MUST exercise to prevent muscle loss

What happens if you don't follow the above advice?

    1. You become a skinny looking fat person.

    2. You gain weight much easier in the future, yo-yo
