    Waffles for breakfast.

Lunch is usually fruit and something like mac and cheese, or lunch meat and cheese

    Supper varies.

If you are only eating rice and nothing else you are not getting enough nutrition or calories.

I don't eat the classic 3 meals a day. When traveling, though, usually goin out and eating eggs, hash browns, bacon, and toast unless the menu has something interesting. While on the road I frequently skip lunch, for dinner, anything that catches my eye. At home I munch, no real big meals.
