    Israel, without question.

"palestinians" is an invented people who were actually Jordanian Arabs, and they are animated by their hatred of Jews and Israel.

The Palestinian and Jordanian flags are identical except for a white star omitted from the Palestinian flag.

Internationally-recognised history shows that the last indigenous sovereign state in the land of Israel (on which the name “Palestine” was imposed by Roman-occupiers), prior to the RE-establishment of Israel in 1948, was the Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom of Judea. It included the West Bank and Gaza, its capital was (what is now East) Jerusalem, and was independent as at 110 BCE / 753 BH–752 BH:

The reader can learn about the Jewish Hasmonean dynasty here:

The reader can also learn how the Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom of Judea

re-gained its independence from the Greek Seleucid empire, by viewing the following two sources (for best viewing use the download option):

Extract from “Josephus - “Antiquities of the Jews”, Book 13, part of Paragraph 11 of Chapter 5, to end of Chapter 7.

(PDF file comprising introduction and then one paragraph to each page, total 16 pages):

Extract from “1 Maccabees”, Chapters 14 to 16 inclusive.

(PDF file comprising introduction and then 10 verses to each page, total 13 pages):

The reader can view coins from the Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom of Judea, here:

Their independence came to an end because of a Roman invasion and many, but not all, Jews were expelled to many places including Europe.

While millions of Jewish men, women, and children, were murdered by the Nazis for being ethnically-Jewish, Palestinians (and their anti-Semitic supporters) are obliged to claim fantasy-propaganda that both denies the Judean heritage of the Jewish People, and also falsely claims the Palestinians are descendants of Jews. This is to dishonestly evade the Holy Quran’s recognition that the Land of Israel is given by Allah / God to the Jewish People (see extract below from the Holy Quran: Sura “Al-Maaida” 5:21).

The intention is to perpetrate a hoax that Jewish Israelis are foreign invaders. This is to attempt to justify taking the land of Israel, in which the Jewish community has had unbroken presence since from Biblical times, from before the Arab invasion and occupation!

Referring to the Bible where it talks about the Jewish People being given the land of Canaan by Allah / God, the Holy Quran recognizes that the Land of Israel is given by Allah / God to the Jewish People, saying:

    - - - - Start of English translation extract from the Holy Quran: - - - -

Sura (chapter) “Al-Maaida” ["The Table" or "The Table Spread with Food"] 5:21:

“O my people! Enter the holy land which Allah hath assigned unto you,

and turn not back ignominiously, for then will ye be overthrown, to your own ruin.”

    - - - - End of English translation extract from the Holy Quran - - - -

The Quran also mentions kings of Israel; examples:

    > King Saul, King David, see: Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:251.

    > King David, King Solomon, see: Surah Saad [ص] 38:30.

    > King Solomon, see: Surah Saad [ص] 38:34-40.

The false claim that the Palestinians are the so-called “real-Jews”, would also put the Palestinians in “difficulty”, for their “Palestinian National Charter” seeks to expel all current Jews from Israel !

The Holocaust speeded-up a return by some Jewish exiles to their homeland, which had already been underway before the second world war.

The Jewish People have had unbroken presence in their ancestral homeland of Israel since Biblical times - See the "Demographic history of [Israel] Palestine":

Why then do we refer to a “Return” of some Jewish exiles? While there is unbroken Jewish presence in the land of Israel from Biblical times, some Jewish exiles wished to return to their ancestral homeland of Israel. The clue is in the name:

“Jew” refers to the citizens of “Judah” (aka “Judea”) / Israel.

There has never been a sovereign state called “Palestine” upon which the Palestinian Arabs could base any claim to the land of Israel, or claim any illegal “occupation”. Following the Ottoman Turkish defeat in the First World War, the League of Nations in 1921 authorized a British Mandate resurrecting the name “Palestine” from Roman occupation, to be an administrative region; NOT a sovereign state, an area which included what later would be today’s:

Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian Territories.

Under the prior Ottoman Turkish empire, they did not use any such political term as “Palestine”, but rather Ottoman-occupied Judea / Israel was within the Ottoman province of “Syria”.

The “Palestinian Arabs” may come from those who invaded and occupied the Jewish land of Judea / Israel, but it is also unclear at what point they arrived there, since they were opposed to being called a “People” until the 1960’s:

Israel (a small area about the size of New Jersey in the U.S., or Wales in the U.K.) was Re-established in 1948 following a United Nations Partition Plan which had sought to set up two states, one Jewish and one Arab:

The then Palestinian Jewish Community accepted the U.N. Partition Plan, while in 1947 the Palestinian-Arabs commenced a civil war to oppose it, instead take ALL the land, and expel (or murder) the Jews. Arab countries also attacked with the same objectives, but the Arabs lost the war.

However, Jordan occupied the West Bank, and also East Jerusalem from which the Jordanians expelled the Jews.

Egypt occupied the Gaza strip. Neither offered any area to the Palestinians.

(Please see “Sources” area of this answer.)

Israeli sources might consider ceasing to use the term “created” in regard to the Re-establishment of Israel in 1948, since for non-Israelis it fails make the essential-connection with previous Jewish sovereign states in the land of Israel.

Palestinian propaganda falsely alleges the Re-establishment of Israel caused: a “great injustice” / “nakba” (“catastrophe” / “disaster”) to the Palestinians.

    In reality:

    > The Palestinians violently rejected the Arab state of the U.N. Partition Plan;

    > Jordan and Egypt occupied the land proposed for an Arab state under the U.N. Partition Plan (approximating to the West Bank and Gaza);

    > BOTH Arabs and Jews, became war-refugees;

    > The Palestinians claim falsely with no evidence of any such policy that they were expelled from the land; Jews were indeed expelled by the Arabs as policy. Palestinians live and work in Israel.

Therefore the reader is entitled to be sceptical about Palestinian propaganda falsely alleging a fantasy-injustice.

Some Arab refugees had owned land / homes there, but land / home ownership does not of itself amount to proof of entitlement to the sovereignty of the country in which a community lives.

Some Palestinians have Israeli citizenship, while most refuse it because they falsely-claim ALL the land of Israel.

In 1967 Israel gained control of the West Bank and Gaza and as an attempt at “land for peace” under the Oslo Accords, granted the Palestinians autonomy of part of the West Bank (40%) and the whole of Gaza, anticipating negotiations for a peace treaty.

Thus until any peace treaty that may say otherwise, the land remains Israel's.

Once the Palestinians had been granted autonomy, they since:

    > Do not sincerely negotiate any peace treaty.

    > Claim the whole of Israel.

    > Expelled any Jewish population from all areas under Palestinian control and then falsely claimed “Apartheid” against Israel !

    > Conduct an anti-Jewish hate war attacking Israeli Jewish civilians as policy including children.

Israel is often accused of being in breach of United Nations resolutions. This is due to a built-in anti-Israel bias comprising the block-vote of up to 56 Arab and additional Islamic-aligned countries (e.g. U.N. member states that are also members of the “Organization of Islamic Cooperation”), plus the influence of Arab oil money; compared to Israel being just one country.

Thus the reader may not find it surprising U.N. polices are fully-complicit with Palestinian propaganda denying Jewish roots in the Jews ancestral homeland of Israel, with the U.N. regarding the Jewish People as “invaders”. Consequently the U.N. illogically treats the Jewish People as “thieves” and "illegal-occupiers" of the Jews OWN homeland (all land of previous Jewish kingdoms of Judea / Israel), and of building "illegal-settlements” there. U.N. resolutions on Israel give the appearance of having been drafted for the U.N. by Palestinian-Propaganda-Central in Ramallah.

Consequently, the Jewish People are the only people in the world falsely and perversely accused of having “stolen”, and of “illegally-occupying”, their own ancestral homeland of Israel.

The Palestinians obtained a unique false inheritable refugee status from the Arab-dominated U.N., misleadingly calling many of their towns “refugee camps” to fraudulently tap your international aid money:

The two-state solution seems appropriate. A peace treaty between two good neighbours, peacefully co-operating, giving and learning from each other; making certain the children of both peoples should never know the horror of conflict.

England and France used to be enemies with periods of war between 1213 and 1815, yet at last they realised the stupidity of it and no doubt of all those lost years when they missed-out on being friends.

    I hope this helps.
