The resident Evil 1 for ps4 graphically looks better than the resident evil 4 for ps4? is there any particular reason.?

1 was remade from the ground up, it was a ps1 game originally, 4 only got its graphics updated.

Depends on whether you like photo-realistic but static-2D, or slightly-less-detailed but fully-rendered polygonal 3D.

Some people like one more than the other.
