Is a person who doesn't want gifts whatsoever generous and morally intelligent, or apathetic, simple minded, and ignorant of what's useful?

Update:

Fsake, is it so hard to efficiently answer a question nowadays?

Update 2:

No need for any hostility, take your shits and ***** that you have to say to me, and use them to copulate your grandmothers.

Update 3:

No need for any hostility, take your shits and *****, damn its, etc. that you have to say to me, and use them to copulate your grandmothers.

Update 4:

People who do not want gifts are not necessarily one particular way nor carry a specific personality trait. The reason for not wanting a gift is personal and will make perfect sense to the individual. You would have to seek clarification from the specific individual to better understanding their decision. Additionally, remember, one person's definition of useful will not automatically be shared by someone else.

Can you please expand on “ what’s useful?”

And to whom it useful to, thanks?
