Do you believe children should be held in detention centers?
- tigeressLv 73 years agoFavorite Answer
Absolutely not, the refugee children did nothing wrong. Their mothers risked their lives to bring them to a safe place. These women had nothing but the clothes on their back and their child. The demonic sadistic GOP took away their child and put them in a cage where they are locked up in a windowless cell 23 hours a day. There is a special place in Hell for those who abuse children.
It is an outrage that this GOP administration is using the Holy Bible to excuse their inhumane treatment of children. This is typical behavior of the false prophets and fake Christians to quote the Bible.

Obama apparently thought it was okay because the picture of kids in a wire cage detention center was taken during his administration.
Trump's people put them in foster homes as soon as they can.

You can't keep them at Disneyland.

No, they should be made available for pharmaceutical companies to test new drugs and products bro.

American children are taken from their parents and held in detention centers everyday when the parents are arrested.
Would you prefer the children be released to walk the streets alone?
So yes children should be held in detention centers while the parents are in custody.
Unless a legal relative will take custody with the parents permission.

I believe you should throw them in the air like stashing your pot. Note: this method good for short periods of time only, at least that’s what Ernie says.

Of course not.
It violates every concept of care for children and minors not being responsible for their or their parents' actions. Not only is it a punishment, it will traumatize a huge group of people who will likely grow up to hate the US, and we seriously don't need more of those.
The act of splitting these kids up from their parents and holding them hostage as a "deterrent" is nothing less than a crime. I hope it is ceased and someone is held personally responsible. Of all the offensive, intentionally provocative things being done, this is one of the most horrendous.

if they need to be detained somewhere, then a detention center seems like a good idea
