Why did Obama and dems do NOTHING about Russian hackers when they knew about it?

A couple issues - first of all, it's not at all treason unless they specifically helped the hackers.

Then, it's not that Obama admin did nothing about it. It's just that they didn't release it to the public because it would have revealed certain things about the government's spying on US citizens and such.

Trump commits treason, Obama doesn't want to make a public statement because he will be accused of meddling in the election, therefore Obama committed Trump's treason.

Obama was between a rock and a hard place. Whatever he could have done, would have been interpreted as him interfering in the election. Mitch McConnell was quite open about that.

By the way, the Russians are interfering in the midterms. Why isn't Trump doing anything?

2) What makes you think nothing was done?

It's only now, after discovering how much there was to discover, that we can actually dig deeply into the investigation and find how deep the rabbit hole goes. Trying to accuse the previous administration of sticking its head in the sand is kind of stupid - it's not doing nothing if you don't know there's something that needs doing.

Don't forget, Russia was trying damned hard to do all this without getting found out. It worked.
