I don't hardly ever check my phone while driving. The only thing I have done is check the time, but all I have to do to do that is glance at it for a fraction of a second. I try to avoid doing that too.

If I were to use my phone in the car, and I won't, it would be switched to handsfree or through my cars Bluetooth.
