You think more about why what you did was wrong. If you can't figure out why you were wrong, then you're either a bad person and there is little hope, or what you did simply wasn't wrong, only disobedient to what an authority deems subjectively wrong. In that case, you just repent for being disobedient.
Hint: If what you did adversely affects others, then what you did was objectively wrong.
If what you did doesn't adversely affect anyone, then what you did was merely subjectively disobedient.
