I want to be a biomedical scientist, but I have emetophobia..?

I have always been fascinated about medicine and its effects since I was pretty young. However, I have been reminded that I still am afraid of puke after I saw someone get sick. This fear has started before my interest in medicine. I can talk about puke and look at it, but I cannot hear or see someone actually getting sick. My heart starts to beat really fast and always feels like I am about to fall off a skyscraper. I then get a panic attack that lasts for a while. Will there be anything that I will have to examine that includes a human puking? If this is the case, how often?

Find something different. Anything in the medical field will not work for you.
