Had my interview on 8/6/18 all went well.visa approved.VO said to wait 3days.CEAC says refused.Case created 25/5/18 case last update 8/6/18.?

Visa interviewers almost always say "everything is ok," but they have NO authority to approve or deny any visa! They only report interview information. Your visa (you fail to state type of visa you applied for) apparently has been denied. You will receive written notice in the mail at the address you gave which specifies reason(s) for visa denial.
