Yes, but it needs to be LEGAL voter turnout!

As long as they are legal and no fraud (like there usually is). In some places that went heavy democrat in the last election, more people voted democrat than actually existed. Remember all the noise about Wisconsin? Then they found that, then suddenly....nothing to see here.

No. Studies have shown that higher voter turnouts have the unfortunate characteristic of having more uninformed voters show up at the polls.

The higher the percentage of informed voters in an election, the better Republicans fare. The higher the percentage of uninformed voters who show up, the better Democrats fare.

If all voters were informed, I'd fully support high voter turnouts.

Actually, it is neither good nor bad. It is neutral.

It reminds me of the tired saying "change is good". No, change is not good. Change is neutral. Saying "change is good" is just a dodge to protect people who make bad decisions, because, you know, like any change is good? What?

As long as they are living US citizens, yes. The problem I have is with all the illegals and corpses that vote Democrat.
