Would you support lifting sanctions on N. Korea in exchange for a plan for them to denuclearize by 2025?

No. North Korea has to give first to get anything. EVERY agreement or deal they have made with us has been broken. By both KJU and Lil Kim. Surely Trump will not give KJU what he wants for empty promises. Will he?

After Iran's lies , I'd lift sanctions when I saw the dismantling of nuclear weapons actually taking place .

Iran was far more likely to fully comply with their agreement and we backed out of that. What makes you think an agreement with NK is going to be a walk in the park?

Sanctions shouldn't be lifted for a "plan". Only for concrete steps. And not all at once, but a little at a time as they comply.
