What is a good way to start lowering your carb intake out of your diet?

    Cut out all types of sugar. Cut out processed foods. Swap toast, cereal, etc. for eggs in the morning. Eat low carb veggies (ones that grow above ground, like cauliflower) instead of high carb ones (ones that grow below ground, like potatoes). Berries have the lowest amount of carbs out of all the fruits. Eat cauliflower rice instead of actual rice, zoodles instead of noodles, have cream and water in your coffee instead of milk.

  • You start by not eaing things with sugar or flour in them.

    I went cold turkey onto a Ketogenic Diet. I was eating pizza and cake and burgers and pasta and knew I had to change for the benefit of my health, so I researched the diet and JUST DID IT. The main benefit of the diet is you eliminate insulin spikes so you basically eliminate cravings and hunger. Once you are fat adapted you can run on your own fat for fuel without getting hungry. You always have a ready source of fuel. You also eliminate the "hangry" feeling you normally get with low blood sugar. I recommend researching it and giving it a try.

    Eliminate bread keeping in mind that it takes a few days before you feel better but give this a try. You'll feel less bloated; try salads, fish, some fruit for breakfast, protein drinks... less meat. Once you flush off some excess weight you'll move better.

    Simply by slowing them down, But remember the body needs carbs.

    You shouldn't try eliminating all carbs from your diet, but eliminating carbs from foods with little-to-no nutritional value is highly advised. Foods like white bread, white rice, most pastries, cereal, and the like are good starters
