Very much. I already loved traveling. He opened my eyes to how the food can be as good a reason to visit a new place as any... oh, and the booze too. Cant forget the hootch

I dont miss watching some of the most offensive things he ate on his adventures,,, makes me think he really died of parasites in his gut or brain worms

No. I tried watching him a couple times and ended up changing the channel. He was too full of himself and had a snarky attitude. I feel sorry for the people who loved him.
