If Emma Stone's 2nd great grandmother (ES2GGM) is your mother's great aunt, one of your mother's grandparents is a sibling of ES2GGM. So:

    Generation 1: Your mother's grandparent & ES2GGM = siblings

    Generation 2: Your mother's parent & ES 1st great grandparent = 1st cousins

Generation 3: Your mother & ES grandparent = 2nd cousins

    Generation 4: You & ES parent = 3rd cousins

Generation 5: Your (future) child & ES = 4th cousins

You and Emma are third cousins once removed through her mother or father. I threw in your future child as a bonus.

Your grandmother's sister is a great x 2 grandmother of Emma Stone. So

One of your parents is the first cousin of one of Emma Stone's great-grandparents. So

You are the second cousin of one of Emma Stone's grandparents. So

You are the second cousin once removed of one of Emma Stone's parents. So

You are the second cousin twice removed of Emma Stone.

"Emma Stone’s great-great-grandmother is my mother’s great aunt." so your great great aunt, which means your common ancestors are yours/her great great great grandparents meaning you/her are 4th Cousins
