Will I be able to join the Air Force with my tattoo?

A few years ago, I got a tattoo behind my ear. It’s a small tattoo of a semicolon with a butterfly wing.

Currently, tattoos above the collarbone are prohibited by the USAF. That said, tattoo regulations have changed more frequently than most people change underwear. You would need to speak to a currently-active recruiter for the most recent guidance. Each branch has changed their position several times in just the last few years; even the regs available online are outdated.
